Masters Cross Country - Biggleswade 12 Dec 2015

We are now seeking names for Masters XC at Shutleworth Park on Saturday 12 Dec. This is a regular feature in the Riverside calendar and all members (aged 40+) are very welcome and encouraged to take part. Whilst it is rare for individuals to get on the prize list, we often have team Riverside wins in the various age groups. You don't have to be listed in a team - just by being a member of Riverside you help make up the team (a bit like the Frostbite).

The race is as :
- Five year age groups 40 through to 70+ for M&W.
- All Women & Men 70+ on the 6k course,
- Men 40 through to 69 on the 10k course.
- £8.00 pp

There are three start times :

- 11:00   Men 50 - 69   - 10km
- 11:43   All Women & Men 70+   - 6km
- 12:10   Men 40 - 49    - 10km (corrected typo)

There are also team prizes in age groups for M&W. Best three to count. Let's try and get some Riverside wins. Everyone aged 40+ is very welcome. Entry has to go in from the club by 25 November.

Excellent news. Sixteen signed up. Ideally we could do with more in all age groups. Remember, individuals are running in Five Year Age Groups but for the team prizes it is Ten Year Age Groups 40; 50 & 60+.

I'll be back at the club on Monday evening to collect money at about 19:25 - 19:35 and any additional names and money. Thanks to those that have already paid including three that have dropped it in through the letter box. M
