Please complete the online form below and once registration has been verified you will automatically be directed to the Members Shop for online payment. (If you have any problems with the website registration system please contact Website admin.)
Full membership for 2024 is £35 (for new members) or £30 (for renewals) per year and includes England Athletics Affiliation, which enables you to benefit from cheaper race fees and run races as a St Neots Riverside Runner.
If you are already an affiliated member of another running club or do not wish to enter races as an affiliated runner you are welcome to join Riverside Runners as a Second Claim/unaffiliated member for just £16 (for new members) or £11 (for renewals) per year.
Membership runs from January to December.
*** If you are a complete beginner, ie not able to run/jog 3 miles (5K) without stopping, please contact the Membership Secretary before joining the club. We will then be able to advise you when our next Beginners Course will start.***

Please read our Code of Conduct and Health and Safety Policy. Upon joining and at renewal, all club members will be deemed to have accepted the Code and Health & Safety Policy and to endorse and subscribe to the principles and responsibilities embodied in them.
GDPR Statement
We will keep your information as provided on your registration form on the club’s website. Your information will be used for club purposes only such as sending out club newsletters, publication of race results, administration of club championships, star awards and the Handicap. Access to your information is limited to those members that require access to fulfil their duties.
Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties except where required to be provided to team captains/managers and race organisers for event entry. We may on occasions share anonymised data for the purposes of securing grant funding or monitor club trends.
Your information, except that required to maintain the club’s race history will be deleted 1 year after resignation from the club.
You are responsible for updating your details (address, surname etc) via the User Profile on the website Members Dashboard.
The club has the following social media pages; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. All members are free to join these pages. If you join one of the social media pages, please note that provider of the social media platform(s) have their own privacy policies and that the club do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data on the club social media pages.
Should you also decide to affiliate with England Athletics (EA) either at the time of joining the club as a full member or at a later date then we will share your information with EA. EA will use your information to provide you with access to your MyAthletics portal to enable you to set and amend your privacy settings in respect of EA. You are responsible for keeping your details in the EA MyAthletics portal up to date.
