Now that the Christmas festivities are over and some of you have washed the smelly mud from between your toes, let’s turn our attention to the 2016 Riverside Runners Overseas Running Trip.
We have been asked to get a price for the 2016 Lisbon Rock n’ Roll Marathon which is on Sunday 2nd October 2016.

The cost will be £379.00 per person which would include all of the following;
• Direct flights from Stansted Airport
• 15kg per person check in luggage
• 3 night’s accommodation at 4* hotel located right next to finish line
• Daily breakfast
• Airport transfers Lisbon Airport to the hotel and return
The price is based on the following flights:
OUTBOUND
Friday 30th September 2016, Depart Stansted at 09:45 arrive in Lisbon at 12:35.
INBOUND
Monday 3rd October 2016, Depart Lisbon at 20:55 arrive in Stansted at 23:45
Race entry costs are not included.
Transport to and from Stansted Airport from St Neots is not included, but if enough people are interested we can organise coach transfers.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested either by replying here, sending a message, e-mailing one of us or letting us know in person. We will let you know when the final date for names is required and when we will ask for a deposit to be paid.
It looks like a fantastic event which includes a Marathon, Half Marathon and a 6.6K Mini-Marathon.
