I'm hoping to come along to this on Sunday but as I'm new to the club and the region just checking that aren't rules similar to the county champs where you have to have lived in the area, or anything like that?
Also I'm borrowing a club top for sunday but who do I see/speak to about buying one?

Hi Ben, no rules like that. You just need to be a member of Riverside Runners and not a member of one of the other clubs in the Frostbite Friendly League.
Captain KP will be there on Sunday and he'll have vests to purchase.
