Sunday long run

From the Rowing Club at 8:30am - Route 11 (see Training > Routes) 

Group 1 with Karen Roper at around 9:30min/mile pace.

Group 2 with Sam Windebank and Amie Gough at around 8-8:30min/mile pace.

Might be a little bit of mud so don’t wear your best trainers!
