London Marathon ballot

We have been allocated 3 London Marathon entries from England Athletics.
The club draw will be made at the Social Evening on 7th December.
To be included in the draw bring along your rejection email/magazine or forward it on to me or another committee member beforehand.
First claim members only and last years club ballot winners are not eligible this year.

Sam,
I would very much like to be in this ballot for a VLM place, but I won't be able to attend on the evening of 7th December as I've got tickets to see Liam Gallagher at Alexandra Palace.
Would it be ok if somebody can notify me if I am pulled out of the hat please?
Ryan Lydon hopes to be attending the social on this evening, and has said he'll make me aware if I get lucky.
I wanted to send you this message out of courtesy though. Would you let me know if this is ok please?
