Marathon themed club social tonight in the rowing club, 8pm after the club run.
Experienced members will be available to answer any marathon questions you may have, whether that be about training plans, nutrition, injury prevention, kit, race day etc. Dr Dave will tell us all about his recent marathon experience in Kenya. Plus we have the London Marathon club ballot.
It’s also a chance to catch up on the news and collect your star awards.
The bar is open (bar duty Pam and Kenny) and we'll have a raffle. All money raised goes to our nominated charities of the year (Mind and Lewin Stroke Rehab Centre). It will be the last raffle for these charities so please be generous.
