Frostbite Sunday 7th October at Priory Park.
The Junior race starts at 10:15am and the Senior race starts at 11:00am.
Course set up... Alan Turnbull, Iain Turnbull, Steve Childerley, Ryan Lydon, Mick Entwistle, Paul Baird, Dave Sellick. Please meet at 8am.
Longsands School Car park... Tina Codling and Ed Hanania. Please come to Priory Park to collect a marshal bib by 9am.
Marshals... John Willcock, Mick Reading, Adrian Smith, Ian Sells, Paul Baird, Richard McManus, Steve Childerley, Iona Marks, David Sellick, Debbie Perkins, Iain Turnbull, Ryan Lydon, Louise Turner.
Water station... Heather Pateman & Elizabeth Dalrymple.
Finish tokens... Ian Peters & Collette Peters.
Finish tunnel... Chris Windebank and Sarah Gladwin.
Team numbers... Karen Roper.
Race director... Sam Windebank.
All marshals and helpers to arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 to collect instructions and bibs.
