Pacers - Chris Butterworth 20 mins, Rodrigo Santos 21 mins, Gareth Thomas 22 mins, Paul Ridley 22:30 mins, Paul Newell 23 mins, Keith Pritchard 24 mins, Phil Redden 25 mins, Matthew Cottrell 26 mins, Jeremy Hill 27 mins, Lee Radley 28 mins, Selcan Rowles 30 mins, Alice Tellett 31 mins, Keith Ritchie 32 mins, Tara Berry 40 mins.
We’re missing a 29 minute pacer and it would be great to have some more pacers in the 33 - 39 minutes slots - any takers?
If you’ve already volunteered to help other than pacing please stick to helping as we need help setting up, marshalling and other parkrun duties.
If you were planning on running consider one of the pacing slots, you’ll still get your run but with the added satisfaction of helping others.
Don’t forget to wear your green and white Riverside Runners tops.
