Listed below are the sessions and events that will form the basis of this year’s Riverside Runners Junior Club Championship. In order for juniors to complete the championship they will need to have the following results:
There are 6 event categories and 16 events in total to choose from which we hope will enable more of our juniors the opportunity to compete for the championship.
Points will be awarded based upon finishing positions – i.e. 100 points for first place, 99 points for second place etc. The runner’s best result from each category will be used for the championship.
Any junior who successfully completes 6 races for the championship will receive a personalised medal.

We appreciate that weekends are busy times for families and it is not always possible to get to races so we hope that by using our training sessions and choosing local events more of our juniors will be able to complete the Club Championship races.

Please ensure you enter the fun runs as a Riverside Runner as this will help when collating the results
